We experienced 2 rooms booked and both were being fantastic but be aware that it is extremely loud in the evening (esp all through spring break) as doors shut along with the Seems carry/echo. Our rooms were pretty clean up and housekeeping arrived daily to scrub the rooms and they were being restocked with water/beer/snacks.
